Privacy Policy

Information we process

The browser demo can be used as a guest, with guest progress and meditation history remaining on that device. The iOS and Android apps require sign-in with Apple or Google so subscriptions, limits, progress, and group sessions can follow your account. We may process your name, email address, provider identifier, and Svaram user ID.

To provide app features, we may also store stage progress, session type and completion timestamps, daily-access status, group-room participation and synchronized group progress. Group rooms include a temporary room code, participant display names, orb choices, and drawing progress.

Referral rewards

If you use the referral feature, we store your invite code, whether you accepted another user's code, qualifying-referral counts, and the expiration of promotional premium access. We use this information to issue rewards and prevent duplicate, self, or abusive claims.

Subscriptions

Purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple. We do not receive your full payment-card details. We receive and store the purchase identifiers and subscription status needed to verify access, prevent duplicate claims, and restore purchases.

Optional anonymous measurement

If you turn on Help improve Svaram, the app uses Google Firebase Analytics and Meta App Events to measure app opens, promotion-attributed installs, checkout starts, free-trial starts, and subscriptions. This helps us understand whether app promotions are effective and improve the subscription experience.

This optional measurement does not include microphone audio, contacts, precise location, your meditation designs, or an advertising identifier. We do not send your name, email address, or Svaram account identifier to these measurement services. You can turn anonymous measurement off at any time under Account & privacy.

Downloaded app content

Sound files and stage designs may be delivered from Firebase Storage and cached on your device to avoid repeated downloads. This cache contains app content, not microphone recordings.

How information is used

• Provide sign-in, saved progress, subscriptions, and group sessions.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and verify purchases.
• Respond to support and account-deletion requests.
• With your separate permission, measure app promotions and improve Svaram.

We do not sell personal information. Svaram does not display advertising and does not use personal information for targeted advertising.

Service providers

Svaram uses Google Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication, storage, databases, server functions, delivery of new stage designs, and optional anonymous analytics. Optional promotion measurement also uses Meta App Events. Google Play, Apple, Meta, and the sign-in provider you select process information under their own privacy policies.

Security and retention

Information sent between the app and our service providers is encrypted in transit. Account information is retained while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. Temporary group-session records may be removed after they are no longer needed.

Deletion and choices

You can permanently delete your Svaram account and associated server data inside the app under More → Account & privacy → Delete my account. You may also use the instructions on our Delete Account page for assistance. Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple or Google Play subscription; cancel it through the applicable store. Removing the app clears data stored only on that device.

Children

Svaram is a general-audience wellness app and is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum digital-consent age where they live. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age.

Changes and contact
