Delete your account
Permanently remove your Svaram account and associated data.
Delete directly in Svaram
- Open Svaram and sign in.
- Open More → Account & privacy.
- Select Delete my account and confirm.
The authenticated deletion starts immediately and permanently removes the account data controlled by Svaram.
Need assistance?
- Email admin@wodap.com from the email address connected to your Svaram account.
- Use the subject “Svaram account deletion”.
- Include the display name shown in Svaram. Do not send passwords, payment-card information, or identity documents.
We may send a verification message to the account email before deletion.
What is deleted
We delete the Svaram profile and associated server-side progress, session, access-ledger, subscription-entitlement, and group-participation records that we control. Data stored only on your device is removed by clearing app data or uninstalling Svaram.
What may be retained
Purchase and transaction records may remain with Google Play or Apple under their policies. We may retain limited records when required by law, for accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or security. Any retained information is limited to those purposes.
Deleting a Svaram account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel through Apple or Google Play if you do not want it to renew.
We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days, unless law permits or requires additional time.
