Agreement and eligibility

By using Svaram, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13, or the minimum digital-consent age in your location. Minors may use the app only with parent or guardian involvement where required.

Wellness disclaimer

Any breathing timing selected or displayed by Svaram is a general pacing preference, not an individualized medical recommendation or a representation that a particular rhythm is appropriate for you. Breathe gently, never force a count, and return to normal breathing whenever needed.

Breathing or humming exercises may cause discomfort, dizziness, anxiety, or lightheadedness in some people. Stop immediately if you feel unwell and seek appropriate medical help if symptoms are severe, persist, or concern you. Do not use Svaram while driving, operating machinery, near water, or where reduced attention may be dangerous. Consult a qualified professional before use if you have a relevant health condition or concern.

Subscriptions and billing

Optional subscriptions unlock additional Svaram features. The price, billing period, and any trial are shown by Google Play or Apple before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the applicable store before renewal. Billing, cancellation, refunds, and restoration are handled under that store’s rules. Deleting Svaram or your Svaram account does not cancel a subscription.

Referral rewards

Eligible new users may accept one referral code. After the invited user completes a qualifying session, the invited user and inviter each receive 30 days of promotional premium access. This access is separate from, and does not modify or cancel, Apple or Google billing.

Self-referrals, duplicate or fabricated accounts, automated activity, and other abuse are prohibited. Wodap may withhold or reverse rewards caused by error, fraud, or abuse and may modify or end the program prospectively.

License and acceptable use

Wodap grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Svaram for lawful personal use. You may not misuse group sessions, interfere with the service, extract or redistribute app content, bypass access controls, or commercially exploit the app.

Intellectual property and third parties

Svaram’s code, artwork, designs, branding, and other content belong to Wodap or its licensors. The app uses services supplied by Google, Apple, Firebase, and other platform providers; their terms may also apply.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Svaram is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free use, fitness for a particular purpose, or any particular wellness result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wodap and its owners, members, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from Svaram. Wodap’s total aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount paid for Svaram in the previous 12 months or USD $50. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Ohio law. To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved through individual binding arbitration in Warren County, Ohio, and not through a class action. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days after first accepting these Terms by emailing us. Rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

Changes, termination, and contact

We may update Svaram or these Terms, suspend misuse, or discontinue features. Material changes will be identified by an updated effective date and, when required, a new consent request. Contact admin@wodap.com.
